Our Story

In Honor of My Son, Bodhi

Bodhi’s Piece was created in honor of my son, Bodhi — a bright, beautiful child who has shown us that every piece of the puzzle matters. His journey has taught our family the importance of love, patience, and celebrating each child exactly as they are.

What started as a personal mission to support my son has grown into a heartfelt commitment to support all New Jersey autism families. We know firsthand how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating things can feel. We also know how powerful it is when a family feels seen, supported, and understood.

Why We Started This Nonprofit

Bodhi’s Piece was born from a simple belief:

Every family deserves community. Every child deserves to feel complete.

As parents, we searched for resources, connection, and guidance — and found gaps where support should have been. We wanted to change that. So we created a space built on compassion, inclusion, and hope. A place where families can turn when they need help, encouragement, or even just a reminder that they’re not alone.
